ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! From start to finish, this was probably the most wonderful experience I have ever had in a dental office. The front staff was tremendously courteous and helpful. The office itself is such a relaxed atmosphere that would calm even the most nervous patients. The dental hygienists were engaging and pleasant. Dr. Dawn Kelly clearly has a passion for her craft and her technical skills as a dentist are unmatched in my lengthy history of dentistry experiences. Dr. Kelly has an excellent and caring disposition while thoroughly explaining all that she was performing as well as aftercare. To start, the phone number listed through my insurance provider was the dentist's personal cell number, I called shortly after 5 and she answered pleasantly and explained how to use their very user-friendly website to make an appointment and how someone would call the next morning to set up my appointment and onboarding. Walked in to my first visit and they had a cute little welcome sign specifically for me. The receptionist was perky and pleasant, I forgot my paperwork they sent ahead of time but it only took a minute to fill out and they brought me right back. The hygienist Cara was upbeat, sweet and professional, did my x-rays and cleanings while explaining everything she was doing and her game plan to get me back up to date on maintaining everything, checked in to make sure I was comfortable and did a very thorough cleaning and evaluation. The dentist Dawn came in immediately after and checked things out, got me set up for my following appointments and with the oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth removal. They were on point with covid-19 precautions. Their hours are great for working around my 9-5 work schedule. The whole staff was incredible, I'm seriously considering switching my son's over to them, I've had him with my own pediatric dentist since he was a toddler and with how great Dawn was even with our first phone call I was inclined to switch my son to them as well. In 27 years I've never had a better experience in a dentist office. You ladies are incredible!

This is the 2nd time I had an emergency with a molar and my regular dentist won't touch a molar, so I called Kelly Dental Arts and AGAIN took me right away. Thank goodness because I thought I only broke a tooth but it was infected and had an abscess. They are officially my new dentist!! During the Covid-19 crisis they took me right in within an hour of calling. Dr. Dawn Kelly is absolutely the best dentist, she's kind, funny and caring. We were laughing the whole time. Her and her assistant, Brooke made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. They even gave me soup for dinner since I had a tooth pulled. I'm actually looking forward to going back, that's how nice and caring she was!!! Hopefully just for a cleaning next time.

I have been a patient of Dr. S. Kelly for years. His dental work is superb. The dental office is very welcoming and clean. All of the staff members are knowledgeable and friendly. I have referred multiple friends/family to Kelly Dental Arts and will continue to do so.

I come here for my routine cleanings and I have never been disappointed. Dr. Dawn is very professional, always is smiling when I come in, and makes sure that I have a comfortable experience.

Dr. Kelly and his staff are awesome he got me right in my tooth needed to be extracted dr.kelly did the extraction when he numbed it up I didn't feel any pain I would recommend this place to anyone nice atmosphere super clean thanks for the awesome experience Dr. Kelly.

They make the shots easier to take!!! The staff is always great, and they make sure your procedures are done correctly and feels good.

Prior to going to Kelly Dental Arts, I went through a long period of time where I had no health insurance and I just wasn't taking care of myself the way I should have been. The dentist that I had seen right before losing my health insurance talked down to me and made me feel embarrassed of my situation and I lost my confidence. I was nervous to go back to the dentist because my lapse in insurance had caused my teeth to be much worse than ever before, but I was recommended Kelly Dental Arts by a coworker, and I can say I have never been treated so respectfully and kindly than any other dentist office. The women at Kelly Dental Arts not only greet me with so much love, they also make me feel comfortable, listened to without judgement, and show empathy instead of disdain for my dental journey. I'm so happy that I've found a dentist office where I feel comfortable and even excited to go in and see everyone! I would recommend Kelly Dental Arts to anyone; thanks to them I not only have my confidence back, I have my smile back too!

I had such a great first visit that I can't stop talking about the wonderful care I got and how much fun the staff was. My friends and family think that I've lost my mind because I told them that going to the dentist was the high point of my week. My husband and good friend are already planning on going to Kelly Arts now.

I have been a regular patient of this practice for over 7 years and it has been far and away my best dental experience, ever. I've never been a fan of dental offices or treatment until I met this team. Andrea is my first choice hygienist because she is both extremely thorough, yet compassionately gentle. Dr. Dawn and Dr Shawn are both professional and talented and quick to address and resolve problems. The best part Is that the office is upbeat and fun,. Never experienced this in a dental office before. When I first started coming, there was a great deal of work to be done to catch up what I had been missing. But once I got past the first year of catch up, it's been nothing but routine visits. I recommend this practice to everyone!

I recently changed to Kelly Dental Arts over the past year expressly because they have such fantastic online reviews. They definitely fit what other people have said about the staff and doctors there. There is little to no wait and the hygienists are very friendly and do a fantastic job. My experience with the dentist is she is very friendly and THOROUGH with the exams. They go into a level of detail that I'm not used to and I find it very refreshing. It's nice to have a fresh perspective at proper dental care.

There's a reason my family's been going here for years. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Never had to sit in the waiting room for more than a few minutes if at all. When you need more than a routine cleaning, they give their opinions, offer options and ask for your feedback so you come to a decision together.
